1. Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
2. Reservations are confirmed only after 100% payment in advance in hotels for accommodation & 50% payment in advance for tours and travels for entire tour & travel package.
3. All tours and traveling are subject to whether condition and cancellation without prior notice or due to weather conditions and failure to proceed the package itinerary is not liable to be refunded or exchanged or rebooked or forwarded in any manner.
4. Package or any sort of reservations done through us as confirmed will not be held up for any considerable amount on request by any traveler or client.
5. Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
6. Any Hikes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates / meals / bed & breakfast / tours / travels.
7. There is no reservation or booking by phone calls or any event of blocking or advance booking for any package reservation or hotel / resort room booking. No blocking or reserving services without advance payment will be entertained.
8. The mandatory advance payments are must to be liable to be paid for confirmed reservations of services.
9. A requisition or reservation or enquiry request will only be entertained via email request only through company or individual mail id and will be treated positive. No phone call request in such cases will be entertained. Further no future claims in this regard will be taken into account by us in any manner.
10. All extra excursion, activities apart from that promised in the package will be charged extra.
11. All extra expenses by clients / travelers / guests in the form of shopping, personal expenses, facsimile, internet, phone bills or any extra accommodation / meals will be charged extra apart from if it is promised under any plan in the package or single service reservations under booking norms. Extra charges if any apart from stipulated will be remitted according to policy stated.
12. Reservations can be cancelled any time without prior notice.
